I agree that RF needs to be analyzed, especially if a high-investment TANK build is actually getting one-shotted by characters with significantly lower equipment. I would avoid simply increasing damage or defense; first, I would compare damage received, SD/HP, and reduction against SL, SUM, BK, DL, and SM. The video is a good example for the team to investigate.
